AIS is a division of Assurance
Inspection Services. Owner and founder Sam Guynes, established Guynes
Termite Control Inc. in Fresno, CA in 1976. Being a native Texan, he decided
to move back to the promised land and continued the business in Austin TX.
During those years he, along with his son Scott Guynes have treated
thousands of existing homes and millions of square feet of both residential
and commercial construction. During that time they have had fewer than
a dozen call backs on their pretreats. Of those most were attributed to a
disruption of the chemical treatment i.e. fill dirt added against the
foundation or removal of treated soil.
